“MILK. I love this film because there are so few LGBT movies that pay tribute to our history. Like any marginalized segment of our population there are films that are thematically LGBT, but very few that tell our story and give us an historical purview. That’s why I choose MILK. In hopes that more LGBT period pieces will follow in its footsteps.”
