“My favorite lesbian film is SAVING FACE. It’s a Chinese-American love story between a young closeted doctor and a dancer. There is nothing sexier than a dancer- unless she’s a lesbian dancer. The two leads, Michelle Krusiec and Lynn Chen, have some intense chemistry and Joan Chen is hysterical as Michelle’s traditionalist disapproving mother. The film has great acting, great writing and did I mention there’s a lesbian dancer in it? ”
