“I fell in love with the Swedish film FUCKING AMAL (SHOW ME LOVE) from the very first frame, which captures the helpless agony of being madly in love with an untouchable girl in the strange hell that is high school. Very little is romanticized and yet the story is terribly romantic. Besides, any movie that features a back seat makeout scene to Foreigner’s ‘I Wanna Know What Love Is’ is aces with me.”
